An Important Step to Protect Consumers from AT&T’s Attempt to Eliminate Competition
"We are pleased, but not surprised, that DoJ has come to the same conclusions as NHMC with regard to this transaction’s effect on prices, consumer choice, and competition. We applaud DoJ for taking this important step to prevent consumers from being steamrolled over in AT&T’s brazen attempt to pad its pockets and eliminate competition." -Alex Nogales, President and CEO of the National Hispanic Media Coalition.
