John Leguizamo nails it as the guest host of The Daily Show

The Latino comedian did a superb job hosting the nightly political satire show this week. John did so well that we believe he should be asked to be the permanent host of The Daily Show.

Let's take a look at some highlights from throughout the week.

On March 27th, John opened with the joke stating he was the host during Hispanic Heritage Month, the crowd cheered but quickly learned he had much to teach them. The first being, Hispanic Heritage Month is actually in September!

Leguizamo and Navarro celebrated the fact that a Latina guest was sitting down with a Latino host! Navarro praised Leguizamo's consistent actions of uplifting Latino voices. The host asked people on the street to point out Latin American countries - which many could not - but once kids nearby recognized the voice actor of Sid from Ice Age, they started chasing John, begging him to do the voice. The singer, actor, producer, director, and voice actor shared her need to express herself and her creative work.
