Voices Coalition, in crafting a fact sheet explaining why the Federal Communications Commission must urgently move forward to protect consumer privacy on the internet, create competition and lower prices in the cable TV market, and issue guidance to ensure that data caps and zero rating do not harm consumers. The fact sheet is a response to the FCC considering items that could help benefit all consumers, with particular impacts for low income consumers and consumers of color. The Voices Coalition represents communities of color in the fight for digital freedom. Its' core members include the Center for Media Justice, National Hispanic Media Coalition, Color of Change, 18 Million Rising and Free Press.
