Zayda Exeliz has both writing and producing credits for previous short films accepted to local LA
film festivals and for producing short-form behind-the-scenes content for Universal Pictures. She
has a Mayan-based fantasy story THE LEGENDS WITHIN that has been a finalist in multiple
competitions and in the top 10% in Coverfly under Science Fiction writers. It is currently being
worked on as a novel, and a spinoff adaptation is being developed for a younger audience.
When she isn’t writing, she’s playing video games or watching the latest shows and movies on
streaming with her partner and two cats.
